Unless otherwise advertised, we are an All Ages venue. Every person entering the venue, no matter what age (0-99+) must have a ticket.
Tickets can be purchased right here!
Online Purchase: Make sure your browser is pointed to our official website, whitewaterrocks.com or on Tixr, our ticketing partner at tixr.com/groups/whitewaterrocks. Please be aware that we are often imitated, but never duplicated. Be sure that you are on our website when you are purchasing.
In-Person Purchase: If tickets are still available on the day of the show, they may be purchased in person at the Whitewater Amphitheater Box Office. There are no in-person options to purchase tickets prior to the day of the event.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, always. Be sure that you are purchasing the correct ticket for the correct show and correct day. We understand that things happen in life, but we still can't issue you a refund. It's a risk we take, but some risks are simply worth it!
Order Protection
BUT WAIT, there's hope for life's curveballs! Our ticketing partner, Tixr, has partnered with Protecht to offer order protection as a helpful add-on for ticket purchases. For just $4.99 per ticket, it offers peace of mind with refunds for unexpected, qualifying situations. We’ve pre-selected this option for you at checkout, but feel free to opt-out if you prefer not to have coverage. Order protection must be added at time of original purchase - unfortunately, it can't be added later.
No, general admission is standing room only. For your safety and the safety of others, we do not permit blankets or chairs to be brought into the venue. Please note: the ground is made of rock and gravel!
All tickets are mobile and available in your Tixr app. Please bring the photo ID of the name that matches the ticket purchaser in case there is a scanning issue. For a quick and easy entry, please turn the brightness up on your phone and switch to light mode if your phone is in dark mode.
It depends!
We do occasionally have upgrade opportunities if seats or season boxes are available. Please read the below if you are hoping for an upgrade:
All media requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the show. Please email us regarding your request. Be sure to include information on the show you’re requesting and the outlet you are representing.
No, chairs and blankets may not be brought into the venue. We are not your typical amphitheater and do not have a lawn area. We do have open-seating picnic tables in the Biergarten that are great for resting your legs and taking a break in between acts.
Check out info on our Season Box program here, and sign up for the waitlist to be notified if a box becomes available.
No, we have an in-house photographer and do not issue additional photo passes for the venue or specific shows.
There is a wheelchair-accessible bar located on the Biergarten side of the Main Bar. The ADA restrooms are located between the Main Bar and the Biergarten Stage, near the Right Wing.
Of course! We will make every effort to accommodate guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, but must receive a request in a timely manner in order for the interpreter to prepare, and cannot guarantee an interpreter will be available for each performance if received too close to the performance date. Please contact us no less than three weeks prior to the event. Request an interpreter here!
YES! We utilize Canyon Lake Fire & EMS for our medical services. The medical tent is located between the Biergarten and the main venue next to Gate H.
No, we do not permit re-entry. Please bring all medically necessary devices and medications in with you. This includes inhalers and injectables.
For those not in a mobility device or who do not require an ADA accommodation and who would like a guaranteed seat, we recommend purchasing a wing seat. The wing seats contain a ramp to access on the first level and stairs on the rest of the levels.
Sure! But your kiddo must have their own ticket. This includes babies and toddlers.
• Strollers and car seat carriers are not permitted at the venue.
• A diaper bag containing necessary items for childcare is permitted, however, it will be subject to search for other items on our prohibited items list.
• All toys will be subject to inspection, but we're not gonna let your kiddo's favorite stuffie get left behind.
• We recommend bringing only the necessary items.
FAQ & some tips if you're bringing kiddos:
• We do not have a playground or children’s activities at the venue.
• There is no re-entry, so make sure you've got everything you need!
• All children should wear hearing protection, as the venue is loud.
• At this time, we do not have dedicated nursing or changing areas.
• For their safety, kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The location for reuniting lost children with their parents is the medial tent.
Whitewater Amphitheater is cashless at the box office and ticket booth, parking lots, and venue merchandise. Our third-party food and beverage vendors accept all forms of payment, including cash. Artist merchandise typically accepts both cash and credit cards.
No, there are no ATMs inside or outside of the venue.
It's a really good idea to bring it! If you purchase a Preferred or Re-sale Box you must show an ID with your ticket in order to pick up your credentials. If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, you must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID. We take checking IDs very seriously. Those attempting to enter with a fake ID may be denied entry without a refund.
ABSOLUTELY! Please check in at the Box Office with a member of our Front Gate team. We recommend bringing in a SMALL soft-sided cooler if you need to keep your insulin cool. We can provide additional ice if your ice pack loses its cool. If you require a snack for a medical condition, please bring it in with you. However, please leave the picnics at home – we have a variety of food options at the food pavilion.
Clear bags can be purchased in our online store and shipped to you or picked up in advance. They can also be purchased on-site at the box office or inside the venue at the merch building.
Friendly Reminder! Oversized bags may not be placed inside of a clear bag if that oversized bag was denied entry.
We partner with a locker provider to offer a solution for situations like this. The lockers are owned and operated independently of Whitewater Amphitheater. Lockers are $10-$20 and the vendor accepts cash, Venmo, and Cash App. They do not accept credit cards at this time.
We adhere to the “stadium bag policy” with our Clear Bag Policy. To keep it simple, if your bag is larger than a half-sheet of paper, it’s too big. Even a teeny tiny bit larger is too big. We mean it. If you’re not sure, leave it at home. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary bags of a reasonable size for the equipment or items they are carrying.
Yes, we use walk-through metal detectors and/or wanding for all patrons to identify weapons. Please remove your pocket knife before coming to the venue! Please notify us if you have a pacemaker or other device that requires an alternate form of screening.
This is a 51% establishment. It is unlawful for a person to carry a handgun on this premise, including a person licensed under Texas Government Code Chapter 411, Subchapter H, Texas Penal Code § 30.06, 30.07, 46.035 (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun, trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun, unlawful carrying of handgun by a license holder).
The above-referenced Texas Code does not apply to Texas peace officers. Pursuant to the Texas Occupations Code, peace officers must be licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) standards.
Licensed Texas peace officers may carry their issued service weapon, but must be verified by a working officer and may be subject to weapon inspection.
It is our policy that Off-Duty Peace Officers who have been cleared to carry inside the venue will be issued specific credentials so other officers may easily identify them as friendly, if needed.
You must be wearing a shirt, bottoms, and shoes. Bathing suits are not considered clothing.
Please notify us if you have a medical condition that requires an alternate form of screening. Alternate forms of screening for weapons and prohibited items include wanding and pat-downs.
We do not allow cameras and/or recording devices however you are able to bring and use your cell phone camera. Please leave your Instax or other Polaroid camera at home. We know it's cool, but it's a bad idea here and we just don't allow it.
Members of the press must have passes pre-arranged with the artist’s management in order to shoot during the show.
Doors and set times may vary. We will send out an email to ticket holders the week of the show with show information. We will also update this information on our website. Please keep in mind that all set times are subject to change due to weather and other factors.
We open the back half of our venue (a.k.a. the Biergarten) about an hour before we open the rest of the venue.
Why?
This lets you get in and enjoy a bite to eat, get something to drink, use the free photobooth, meet up with your friends, take all your IG photo ops pics, and shop merch before we open "Main Doors."
Main Doors is the General Admission and seating areas between the bar and the stage (the main part of the venue).
We highly recommend early arrival to allow time to get through bag check, weapons screening, age verification, and any ticket issues. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.
We’ll all get wet!
Whitewater Amphitheater is a Rain or Shine venue. If rain is expected, we will allow small, personal umbrellas. No golf or oversized umbrellas will be permitted. Please check our socials and our website for weather updates on the day of the show.
We have super fashionable, disposable ponchos available for sale online in advance or at the box office for $5 (credit card only).
Yes, tickets usually do increase the day of the show so we recommend purchasing in advance if you wanna save that cash for something special!
We have large shady oak and pecan trees in the Biergarten to hang out under until the sun goes down. By the time the main doors open, the sun has usually gone down. We have misting fans throughout the venue. You may bring in a SMALL, EMPTY battery-operated personal fan/misting fan.
If at any point the device interferes with someone else’s experience or presents a safety hazard, we may ask that the device be put away or removed.
If the fan you are bringing in is made by DeWalt, it's quite likely much too large to qualify as a small, personal fan, and therefore will not be permitted.
We've got the goods! The bar serves canned beer, liquor, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the venue.
Psssst! We will check your boots for those mini bottles, so just leave them at home.
Yes! We have a FREE triple-filtered cold water Hydration Station with disposable cups located in the Biergarten. While water is available for purchase at the bar and food pavilion, we want you to remain hydrated while you are here.
We do not allow refillable water bottles to be brought into the venue.
Yes! We have food available for purchase inside the venue. Check out the food menu
We have very limited parking available in the Whitewater Owned & Operated "Whitewater Lot" (on-premise) and the Whitewater-operated "Cordova Lot (directly across the street from the venue).
The local businesses in Sattler and Canyon Lake offer parking options within walking distance in which you can pay to park, however, we are not affiliated with them.
Wherever you park, please remember: do not leave any valuables in your car and make sure you lock your vehicle!
Detailed driving instructions can be found here.
We do not permit overnight parking. All cars parked overnight are subject to towing.
There is no camping on the property but there are several places in the area to camp. We highly recommend our neighbors – Camp Fimfo and Jellystone Hill Country.
We suggest our sister properties – Hideout on the Horseshoe and Whitewater Condos.
For more recommendations, check out our local lodging guide.
No, due to our limited parking, we do not have parking available for advance purchase.
Tailgating of any kind is not allowed in the parking lot. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lot is prohibited.
We have plenty of cold drinks inside – c’mon in!
We do not provide a shuttle service. Check out the Parking and Transportation guide for our suggestions.
Whitewater Amphitheater offers wheelchair accessible and low mobility seating. Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas. Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through www.tixr.com by selecting the accessibility option for the preferred event.
The ADA entrance is located at Gate A, next to the Box Office.
Head to Gate A and show your ADA ticket to the gate staff. You will receive a credential and be escorted by a team member to the seating area reserved for guests with mobility conditions at least 15 minutes prior to full venue doors.
We have ADA accommodations as required by law and prioritize accommodating our guests with mobility issues. If you arrive before venue doors and the ADA areas are sold out or full, just stop by the venue Box Office to let a team member know that you will need a little extra time. We are happy to escort you in the venue before the crowd to find you a comfortable spot. There are also open seating picnic tables in the Biergarten to rest throughout the evening.
