Sure! But your kiddo must have their own ticket. This includes babies and toddlers.

• There is no re-entry, so make sure you've got everything you need!
• All children should wear hearing protection, as the venue is loud.

We adhere to the “stadium bag policy” with our Clear Bag Policy. To keep it simple, if your bag is larger than a half-sheet of paper, it’s too big. Even a teeny tiny bit larger is too big. If I have my Concealed Handgun License (CHL) or am an Off Duty Peace Officer can I bring my gun into the venue?
Click here to expand the accorrdian content

This is a 51% establishment. It is unlawful for a person to carry a handgun on this premise, including a person licensed under Texas Government Code Chapter 411, Subchapter H, Texas Penal Code § 30.06, 30.07, 46.035 (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun, trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun, unlawful carrying of handgun by a license holder).

The above-referenced Texas Code does not apply to Texas peace officers. Pursuant to the Texas Occupations Code, peace officers must be licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) standards.

Licensed Texas peace officers may carry their issued service weapon, but must be verified by a working officer and may be subject to weapon inspection.

It is our policy that Off-Duty Peace Officers who have been cleared to carry inside the venue will be issued specific credentials so other officers may easily identify them as friendly, if needed.

What is the difference between Biergarten Entry and Main Doors times?
Click here to expand the accorrdian content

We open the back half of our venue (a.k.a. the Biergarten) about an hour before we open the rest of the venue.

Why?

This lets you get in and enjoy a bite to eat, get something to drink, use the free photobooth, meet up with your friends, take all your IG photo ops pics, and shop merch before we open "Main Doors."

Main Doors is the General Admission and seating areas between the bar and the stage (the main part of the venue).

It’s so hot! Can I bring a fan? Is there shade?
Click here to expand the accorrdian content

We have large shady oak and pecan trees in the Biergarten to hang out under until the sun goes down. By the time the main doors open, the sun has usually gone down. We have misting fans throughout the venue. You may bring in a SMALL, EMPTY battery-operated personal fan/misting fan.

If at any point the device interferes with someone else’s experience or presents a safety hazard, we may ask that the device be put away or removed.

If the fan you are bringing in is made by DeWalt, it's quite likely much too large to qualify as a small, personal fan, and therefore will not be permitted.

How do I request ADA accommodations?
Click here to expand the accorrdian content

For tickets purchased online at whitewaterrocks.com and tixr.com, an ADA add-on request is available to accommodate individuals who require accommodation in our mobility-accessible areas of the venue, plus one companion. At checkout, guests are required to acknowledge that they meet the requirements set forth by the ADA. Please note: companions must have their own concert ticket - selecting a companion add-on does not permit entry into the venue. This add-on does not include parking.

If all ADA accommodation requests have been claimed, please sign up for the ADA request waitlist. This information is included in your ticket confirmation email or feel free to reach out to us for assistance. This will allow us to communicate with you if spaces do become available, or to give you further instructions if they do not. The waitlist does not guarantee a spot will be available for you.

All guests requesting ADA accommodations are encouraged to arrive early so we can give them the best accommodations for their needs.

We are happy to escort you in the venue before the crowd to find you a comfortable spot. There are also open seating picnic tables in the Biergarten to rest throughout the evening.
