Whitewater offers up FREE Wi-Fi for all venue guests so you can chat with your friends, post live updates to give your other friends FOMO, and convenience in using contactless payment methods with your phone, opening and closing your tab with the Union app, and waiting for or calling a ride (we do hope you will schedule your ride in advance, however!)

Cell service in the area tends to be spotty, poor, or even non-existent at times in the middle of summer with a packed house. While we are cookin' up alternate solutions to deliver a better cellular experience, we have brought in a free and fast fiber Wi-Fi network to provide another option for staying connected.

This short guide will give you a few tips and tricks to receive the best Wi-Fi experience. Please note, phone operating systems change and update all the time! These tips may not be the exact fit for your device. We recommend checking the specifications with your device manufacturer and/or network carrier for the optimal experience.

Regardless of your operating system, often time, turning your phone into "Airplane Mode" and then connecting to our free Wi-Fi network "Whitewater Guest" will allow you to override the cellular data while prioritizing the connecting to our free and fast Wi-Fi network.

For iPhone Users:

We recommend the following steps if you are having issues with your cellular provider while on the WiFi network.

1. Turn off cellular data. Settings > Cellular Data > Off

2. Turn on WiFi calling. To turn on WiFi calling, there will be an option under the Cellular Data settings above or you can go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling. You might need to enter or confirm your address for emergency services. If WiFi calling is available, you'll see "Wi-Fi" in the status bar while viewing the control center.

For Android Users:

To prevent Android phones from automatically switching to cellular data when the Wi-Fi signal is weak, you can turn off Wi-Fi Assist:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to Connections

3. Go to Wi-Fi settings

4. Tap the three dots in the corner to open the Advanced settings menu

5. Turn off the toggle that says Switch to mobile data

Samsung users can prioritize through the Intelligent WiFi option:

1. Long press on the Wi-Fi Icon in your pull down shade

2. Tap on the 3 little dots

3. Tap on Intelligent Wi-Fi

4. Toggle Off Switch to Mobile Data if it's turned On
