Whitewater Amphitheater has teamed up with Miranda Lambert's Mutt Nation to support Central Texas animal shelters and animal welfare nonprofits in conjunction with Lambert's upcoming performances at the venue.
The fundraising and supply drive kicks off Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in advance of Lambert's three-night Memorial Day weekend run at Whitewater Amphitheater. The fundraiser will benefit three area animal welfare nonprofits serving Comal and Hays counties and the communities of New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, and San Marcos: Canyon Lake Animal Shelter Society (C.L.A.S.S.), Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area (HSNBA), and Pet Prevent A Litter of Central Texas (P.A.L.S.).
Each night, representatives from each nonprofit will be stationed outside the venue to collect supplies for animals in need.
Donations can be made in three easy ways:
- Bring donations with you to the concert and help fill the wagon!
- Choose an item or two from the wishlist while you're already doing your online shopping to have it sent directly to the nonprofit.
- Make a tax-deductible monetary donation of any amount to help the nonprofits continue their work.
While it feels really good to give to help others--especially our furry friends--it's also nice to receive. Whitewater Amphitheater is donating a ticket upgrade to ticket holders who enter here.

OFFICIAL UPGRADE CONTEST RULES
Any individual ("Participant') who enters, attempts to enter or in any way participates or attempts to participate in any contest, sweepstakes or giveaway (“Contest”) by Kona Coast Venture, LTD. d/b/a Whitewater Music ("Whitewater") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Upgrade Contest Rules, as well as Whitewater's interpretations of such rules. Whitewater reserves the sole right to add or modify these rules without notice.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This Contest is subject to and governed by applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participation is void outside of the U.S. and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Whitewater reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if the Contest is not capable of being completed as planned for any reason.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win a ticket upgrade, and a purchase will not increase your chance of winning.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents.
HOW TO ENTER
Contest entries must be submitted via web entry through the form provided. Entries must be accurate and complete, and made during the time advertised for each Contest and require Participant to submit name, mobile phone number, and agree to receive contact via mobile text. Only one entry per Participant per night will be considered. Additional entries do not increase your odds of winning. Participants who engage in fraudulent or false acts in connection to Contest, or who fail to provide complete entries, will be disqualified.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
As consideration for entering a Contest, Participant agrees to release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Whiteawater or the other Contest entities noted above and each of their respective direct and indirect affiliates, divisions, parent and subsidiary companies, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives, managers, members, directors, owners, agents, insurers, attorneys, predecessors, successors, and assigns thereof (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions (including but not limited to tort actions, product liability actions, wrongful death actions, warranty actions, breach of contract actions, privacy and defamation actions, misappropriation of likeness actions, identity theft, loss of consortium claims), expenses and attorney fees that they or anyone on their behalf (including but not limited to their heirs, representatives or next of kin) have or might have for any death, injury, damage or claimed injury or damage arising out of, involving or relating in any manner to their participation in the Contest, including, but not limited to, any claim that the act or omission complained of was caused in whole or in part by the strict liability or negligence in any form of the Released Parties.
Further, Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties in any action or proceeding from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions (including but not limited to tort actions, product liability actions, wrongful death actions, warranty actions, breach of contract actions, privacy and defamation actions, misappropriation of likeness actions, identity theft, loss of consortium claims), expenses and attorney fees that they or anyone on their behalf (including but not limited to their heirs, representatives or next of kin) have or might have for any death, injury, damage or claimed injury or damage arising out of, involving or relating in any manner to their participation in the Contest or for their failure to comply with the terms of the above release provision.
ODDS OF WINNING & PRIZES
The odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. One ticket upgrade will be awarded each night on May 24, May 25, and May 26, 2024 with a value not to exceed $250.00. The upgrade location will be at Whitewater's sole discretion and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, and venue policies. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made, and no transfer or assignment of upgrade is permitted. Whitewater reserves the right to provide an alternative and equal-value prize if upgrade is unavailable for any reason. If a cancellation or reschedule occurs, Whitewater has no obligation to reimburse, refund, or otherwise substitute.
WINNER SELECTION & WINNER LIST
Winners will be selected at random from all entries received and will be contacted via mobile text message or call one hour prior to the main performance of the evening, at or around 8:15 PM CT. If the winner is unable to be contacted, Whitewater reserves the right to award the upgrade to an alternate winner. The winner will be given instructions on where to pick up credentials for their ticket upgrade at time of notification. Winner will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification with proof of age. Whitewater may deny winner the ticket upgrade. Failure to claim upgrade credential in a reasonable time may result in forfeiture of ticket upgrade. Whitewater reserves the sole right to award unclaimed upgrades to an alternate winner. Any costs relating to the upgrade, including the cost of concert admission, are the sole responsibility of the winner. DISQUALIFICATION
Participants agree to be bound by these official upgrade rules and non-compliance may result in disqualification. Whitewater reserves the right to disqualify Participants who engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or false acts; violate venue policies; or display threatening, harassing, disruptive, violent, or other unacceptable behavior or speech. Participants who have been removed for the venue for any reason will be disqualified from receiving an upgrade.
GOVERNING LAW
Contest shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. By entering the Contest, Participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Texas and waive the right to adjudication in another forum.
